What time is check-in and check-out?
Guests are welcome to check-in anytime from from 2pm onwards.
To allow us enough time to ready the property for incoming guests we kindly request that all guests check-out now later than 10am.
What payment methods do you accept, and when am I required to make payment?
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer. However, we do also accept all major credit cards - Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Dinersclub, JCB, Discover and Carte Blanche. Please note that payment is due in full upon booking and confirmation of your reservation.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, provided no cancellation is made within 14-days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we offer a refund in full.
Do you offer Airport Transfers?
Yes we do! Please note we require a minimum of 7-days notice and extra charges will apply for arranging this service.
